This video teaches you how to use our RPA Software Botpath. RPA or Robotic Process Automation is a futuristic software that is used to automate tasks like collecting data and the software does this by crawling a specific page that you choose to gather information from. The software needs a set of rules that it follows to effectively gain data that is required by the user. And in this video, we will be discussing exactly how to do that. So without any delay let's get into it.

Firstly you would want to log onto the infinity suite. Once you are here, you will be able to see different departments like collaboration, productivity, marketing, sales, HR, support, and developers. Now what you have to do to access BotPath is click on productivity and you will be able to see BotPath. Once you click on that, you will be directed to BotPath software. Once you are here, you will be able to add the chrome extension. The chrome extension simplifies the process of creating a bot. You can also create bots manually and I will show you exactly how to do that.

Firstly, click on Use Designer, and a side window will be opened. There are already pre-defined templates here. You can use them if they match your priorities or you can just build a new bot by clicking on the custom button. Once you have done this, a new sidebar will appear. This is where you can build your custom bot. BotPath provides you with several actions like Open app, Click, Loop break, For, Input, Multi Extraction, Wait, Single Extract, Table extract, Enter, If, Javascript, Navigate to, and Send notification. Additionally, you can also integrate BotPath with Zapup for more advanced tasks. Also do not forget to connect the nodes of each rule. Once you have done this, you can click on save and the bot is ready to go. You can run the bot that you have just created from the bots dashboard. All you have to do is click on the execute button on the bot and the bot will start crawling and collecting data for you. Once the bot has successfully debugged and completed the process, it will redirect you back to the website. From here, you can access the data that has been compiled by the bot by simply clicking on the bots data button. You can download the data your bot has collected.
